3. No reliance and disclaimer

Assessments, reports, and outputs generated by ClearActAI are based on information provided by users and are inherently limited by the completeness and accuracy of that information.

ClearActAI makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of outputs for any specific regulatory or legal purpose. Users remain fully responsible for their own compliance decisions.

4. User responsibilities

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the ClearActAI platform, including methodologies, text, designs, and reports, remain the exclusive property of ClearActAI or its licensors.

Users may use assessment outputs internally for their own organisational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearActAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform or its outputs.

7. Availability and changes

ClearActAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically, with the latest version published on the website.
